Yeam was part of our Greeting Card Project in Cambodia and shared her story with us, which we would now like to share with you:
My name is Yeam and I am 24 years old. I only received 4 months of schooling. I had malaria 6 times and rabies once.
I have 6 siblings but one of my brothers died at the age of 10 when he had rabies and malaria at the same time.
I would love to share about myself.
When I was young, I lived with my parents. In my family, there were a lot of problems and obstacles. After my father died, there were even more problems. My mother’s always sick and she doesn’t have any money to support me to study at school.
Now I live with my mother and I also help by working in the field with her.
We are thankful for the opportunity to have worked with Yeam, and pray that God will provide for her family’s needs!
