Support for Refugees

War has come to their doorstep and they

are forced to flee for their lives.

What would you do?

Cambodian and Thai citizens are caught in a border skirmish that has displaced over 500,000 people between the two countries. Forced to flee with the clothes on their backs, this displaced population are suddenly homeless and thrust upon the mercy of fellow countrymen to take care of them until a time when the conflict is resolved. The community of Christians in the country are stepping up to do what they can by raising financial support, so they can extend a lifeline to this displaced community and to have the opportunity to demonstrate love and compassion for those caught in the conflict.

It is hard to imagine what we would do if caught in this situation, if our current lives were under immediate threat and our futures thrust into uncertainty. Still, into this mess wade God’s people, who know there is a peace that passes all understanding and a security that brings joy and hope for the future. Would you consider joining us in providing short term financial relief and pray with us that God’s peace would shine through this conflict for all to find?
